The 2" Leaf Expansion Pack provides increased suspension lift and better ride quality for Ford F-250/F-350 trucks. The expansion pack optimizes ride quality by softening the rear spring rate and reduces axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
TECH NOTE: When installing in conjunction with 2.5-3" front lift ICON recommends replacing OE rear blocks with 1" rear blocks (ICON part # 191201) and 12" U-bolts (ICON part #s 37004 or 67004, depending on year). 2" bump stop spacers will also be required (ICON part # 61002). Most F-250s will net .5" of rear lift over stock while most F-350s will net rear ride height .5" lower than stock.
ICON's 2" Rear Leaf Expansion Pack provides increased suspension lift and better ride quality for lifted 2008-2024 F-250/F-350 Super Duty pickup trucks. The Expansion Pack is designed to replace and improve the center leaves of the stock leaf spring pack while retaining the factory main leaf. This makes the Expansion Pack both cost-effective and an easier installation as it doesn't require complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle. The additional leaves included in the pack are designed to optimize ride quality and reduce axle wrap compared to lift blocks. The design also shifts the overload transition point to improve small bump compliance.
