Configured with an 8-Bolt indexing ring kit for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission. This kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Paired with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster (standard), CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, application-specific valving, and is fully serviceable for a lifetime of use.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2023 Ram 3500 diesel-powered 4WD truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set the truck up correctly with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts. Shocks are included front and rear in the selected configuration.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, dual rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering and axle geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
