The rear leaf springs use a multi-leaf progressive design for a smooth ride and maintain factory payload weight ratings. NX2 Nitro shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit features a high-strength fabricated lift block or leaf spring option, a u-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.
The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with BDS high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets, HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning, and limits caster change throughout wheel travel. Diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Steering geometry is optimized via a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
